Networking-88は、創設の年１９８８年とダブルラックの「八八」に因んで名付けられ、ネットワーキング・プロフェッショナルズ間の化学反応の場として年２回（６月 と１１月の第二木曜日）のペースで開催されます。

その目的は、組織の枠を超えた自立した個人のパーソン・トゥー・パーソン・ネットワークを通じた豊かな人間関係構築を促進し、同時に相互協力によって新しいビジネスチャンスを創出することにあります。

Networking88の始まり

• 1988年秋、英系商社Swireの新規事業として創業したTranstech社の3周年。

• 誕生から創設期に関与した内外の恩人にご参集願い開催したのが始まりです。

• 初回好評につき2度目を開催するにあたって、開始年の88、二重の末広がりを祈念し、Networking88と命名しました

Networking88のエスプリ

• "Those who make things happen"（物事を自ら起こす人）の"Those who make things happen"による、Those who make things happen"のためのNetworking88。

• ネットワークは、対等で互恵が基本との考えに立ちます。

Networking88のメンバー

• ネットワークについての価値観を共有する人ならどなたでも。

• 参加単位は個人です。団体での参加はお受けできません。

Networking88の現状

• 運営は5名の幹事(コーディネータ)の合議制によります。(現在は4名)

• 毎回厳選した150名ほどに開催案内を送り、80名内外の参加者が集います。

• 会費￥7,000/名

Networking88の開催要領

• 6月と11月の第2木曜日午後6時

• 80名が目標だが、今後は要検討。古参会員2割、3~4年生6割、新規参加2割が標準ミックス

• ホームパーティー様式・特定人物の挨拶、乾杯の音頭や儀式はなし。

にはふさわしくない場です。

"Networking-88" is a place where "click" meets "brick and mortar" to build yet another "Click & Mortar" opportunity.

This is a biannual gathering named after the year 1988 when it started out; "88" also symbolizes double luck among Japanese.

Networking88 is a private forum:-

"Those who wonder what happened."

本交流会では、参加者の皆様にご歓談いただく場として軽飲食を提供いたしますが、安全確保および法令遵守の観点から、以下の事項へのご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

• 飲酒後の自転車、バイク、自動車等の運転は、道路交通法により固く禁止されております。アルコール摂取後の運転行為は厳にお慎みいただき、公共交通機関や代行サービス等のご利用をお願いいたします。

• 会場周辺において飲酒に起因するトラブル・事故等が発生した場合、主催者側では責任を負いかねますことを、あらかじめご承知おきください。

At this networking event, we will be serving light refreshments to facilitate conversation and interaction among participants. In the interest of safety and legal compliance, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following:

• Driving a bicycle, motorcycle, or automobile after consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited under the Road Traffic Act. We strongly urge you to refrain from operating any vehicle after drinking, and instead use public transportation or a designated driver service.

• Please be aware that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any trouble or accidents that may occur in or around the venue as a result of alcohol consumption.

• To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, we respectfully request your personal consideration and responsible behavior throughout the event.
